To access these settings, click Outlook > Preferences > Accounts, select the IMAP account, and then click Advanced. If you're running Mac OS X version 10.10 or later, follow these steps to set up an Exchange email. Set up Exchange account access using Mac OS X 10.10 or later.

If you have more than one account, choose descriptive names so you can better differentiate between your accounts Set up Exchange account access using Outlook for Mac.
